1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website timsbakery.ie (the "Site") and any products, services or content offered by Tim's Bakery ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. About us
Tim's Bakery is a family-run bakery operating from Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, Ireland. You can reach us at info@timsbakery.ie or +353 87 219 0581.
3. Use of the site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that may damage, disable, overburden or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
4. Orders and enquiries
Any orders or enquiries submitted via the Site are an invitation to treat, not a binding contract. We will confirm pricing, availability and delivery details before any order is accepted. Custom cake orders may require a deposit and lead time agreed in writing.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and may change without notice. Where applicable, VAT is included. Payment terms for trade customers will be agreed individually.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for custom or wholesale orders will be set out in your order confirmation. Bespoke products that have already been prepared may not be refundable.
7. Allergens and food safety
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and seeds. While we take care to label allergens accurately, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. Customers with allergies should contact us before ordering.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photography, logos and recipes — is the property of Tim's Bakery or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
9. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tim's Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of the most recent revision.
