The story of Tim's Bakery — how it started, and where it's going.

Every great journey starts with a sincere love — and for us, it was the love for bread.
It all began in 2020, in the midst of the global COVID-19 crisis. While the world stood still, we moved forward. Armed with little more than determination, endless hours of hard work, and a vision bigger than ourselves, we set out to create the products we had only dreamed of. With grand plans, a burning desire, and plenty of love, we crafted our very first bread and pastries — and sold them.
Selling that first loaf wasn't just business — it was a piece of ourselves we gave to the world. It was the first spark of a fire that continues to grow.
Today, our family bakery supplies restaurants, cafés, delis, caterers and the country's most demanding film and TV productions. We're proud of how far we've come — but we're even more excited for where we're going.
